  • Have just had a fright as went to put this months totals into spreadsheet, and copied and pasted most of it, as I typed the decimal, it went to a strange character, and I couldn't get it to add up. Tried manually typing in the formula and noticed that there were some strange characters in some boxes, somehow the spreadsheet was working in Hanjul whatever that is! Had to search to find the English version. Very odd.

Have to say that considering its the run up to Christmas everyone is doing really well with the PaDs. I will be back later with mine, as I think I am paying one of the Provi loans off today, so that will give me an extra £60 a month.

  • sarah, not sure if this is the "right" answer (ie i'm no expert!) but i would clear the o/d and cancel it - eliminates the temptation. then you are starting each month in the black (or - if you are like me - at zero!) but psychologically it is a big boost to get paid and actually have money, even if it is only for a day until the bills get paid, iykwim! good luck xxxxx

Sarah, I totally agree with what tom tom says, if you get rid of the od the temptation is gone
