Had a bad day with that naughty little baby of mine...he wouldn't stop eating...He was getting fed every 2hrs...how much food does a 7month old need? Aswell as his meals he's drunk 47 oz of milk!! His sister seen that I was getting stressed as I had loads to do today so she started palying up...funny how a newly turned 2yr old push your buttons

Flower I hope you're feeling a bit better now, I've never suffered from panic attacks but they don't sound like very much fun.

After I've made my pad tomorrow i'm going to have to update my sig, I don't do it for 3weeks or so at a time...I'm glad I write everything down!

  • Evening All,

Last day at work for me tomorrow before Christmas - sooooo glad! I'm going to my parents straight after work so it's going to be a very long day - out the house at 6:45 and expected to arrive at parents at 11pm. I suppose I better pack my stuff tonight...

PaD for me today of £10 please (I suspect I may have PaDded another £5 as my online banking crashed but won't know until it updates tomorrow).

Hope everyone is safe and warm xx

Aww but they are such cuties :D You cant stay mad with them!

Thank you for asking, i have been feeling fine but had another attack today.
It started snowing here at about 3pm and OH came to pick me up from wortk at 5pm. The roads were thick with snow and ice, traffic moving at about 5 mph, but one man obviously didnt want to wait in the traffic - he ended up smashing into the side of our car.
Although no one was hurt an ambulance was called when i started having another attack - i was given oxygen etc..

OH wants me to go to the doctors as he thinks its all related to my friends death.

Macgirl - i will be discussing all my options when i see the doctor, thank you for the kind offer you made me, i will let you know how i get on at the doctors and what he suggests.

So not only that, we now have to get the car sorted out

It certainly sounds related to your friend's death - or at any rate, the interpretation being put on it by a less conscious part of your mind. Don't just let them fob you off with pills. They may be necessary as an assist but ask for psychotherapeutic help (if you're doctor is any good, he/she will suggest this anyway). Bear in mind that some pills (if offered) may fog up your thinking a bit and inhibit any psychotherapy.
If the above sounds a bit presumptious, I do believe that most people would benefit from some type of therapy - even if it's only to discover that they don't need it ;) .
I needed help like this quite a few years back (different issues from you). As is often the case, the stuff I originally went about was only part of what I needed to sort out.
If you get the right sort of assistance, you'll be just fine.
  • PAD of £86.11 for Tuesday.

I've decided that I will go back to working on ladders if my machinery is still frozen again today. I'm not used to this and will need to take extra care to put something underneath to prevent it slipping. Got to risk my neck because the barstewards have stopped paying for the moment. It will be slow and laborious but I'm happy to plod. No rushing these days when ladders are involved - particularly when ice is about.
Could do with the excercise anyway ;) .

    Morning all!

I'm coming back to Edinburgh today (Hurrah!) so am PADding in honour of the end of my holidays Up North :D I'm not back at work until the 29th though.

Despite being paid a week early, I haven't touched it :A and my normal payday would be tomorrow, so I'm emptying my accounts - £55.94 PAD please!

    I didn't make it.

Flight was cancelled again as Gatwick was closed. No more Easyjet flights to London this side of Christmas. And after spending 5 and a half hours at the airport yesterday (again), I really don't want to try again.

Getting my case back took an hour an a half as no staff in the building knew where to direct us and there was one very rude KLM member of staff! Grrrrr

Oh Flower, :grouphug: , think it would be best to see your GP. they generallycan offer so much more than just a few pills to pop these days, as Paul says. Mind you sometimes medication is all you need for a short time.

Euro - what a shame .. thought you were ok once the BA strike was over .. hope you can make the best of Christmas over there.

    Pad today £22.00

Take care peeps ..nearly Santa time!
