My friend and I have obviously been lucky. We have had our auto cashback and Quidco cash no probs.
People have obviously had problems but here is at least are two happy customers.

Good luck, expect 18 months of trouble if you're on an 18 month cash back deal. I have 2 ongoing contracts with these cowboys. They are the new E2save, make sure you're well organised and then you can join them playing and beating them at their own game. Just don't expect your cash back within a few weeks, and that is after sending your bill attached to an email.
This company is now a total shambles0 -

As I pointed out on another thread, you posted on here complaining you hadn't received your freebies from them
You emailed them and 5 days later still no reply from them.
You posted on here and was ignored by the Rep.
You might have got it sorted out eventualy but you wern't happy at the time were youIt's not just about the money0 -
You make it sound like you didn't have problems Bob, but thats not the case is it ?

Yes I did have problems which were sorted out.
You, and others, have had problems which have taken longer to sort out or are still ongoing and I am not demeaning them. I just want members to realise not everyone is unhappy with this company and they offer some good deals.0 -
Actually, what they offer isn't always what you get - as many are finding!0

I have a question that the Mobiles.co.uk rep may be able to answer:
I bought an iPhone 3GS through mobiles.co.uk in early September in order to get the £60 cashback through Quidco. I also used a Bluetooth headset code after reading this post which seemed to confirm that it would not affect the cashback.
I have not had the cashback track on Quidco yet (I have launched an enquiry) but I notice Quidco's page for mobiles.co.uk now specifically saysCashback will be declined if you use a voucher code with your order.
Is it still correct that I should still expect to get this cashback? I am concerned because I went against Quidco's normal "no voucher codes" policy on the advice of the mobiles.co.uk rep. I believe some other users on here have got their cashback in this situation. If you need my order details to check please let me know.0 -
Kinda related to jimbow's point above - if I opted for the auto cashback "free gift" with an order, would I still get the quidco cashback too? Anyone know?"In all affairs it's a healthy thing now and then to hang a question mark on the things you have long taken for granted." - Bertrand Russell0

Don't know exactly about mobiles.co.uk but it should be the same as other retailers like phones4u, dialaphone, mobiles2yourdoor (all phones4u group).
If you use quidco do a purchase from any of the mentioned sites (plus mobiles.co.uk), you get your quidco providing you satisfy the conditions set out by quidco - for example you sign up to 18 month contract, 24 month contract etc etc. As long as that tracks and is verified, Quidco will pay. The contract you sign up to can be cashback deal, auto cashback whatever, its not going to impact your quidco (or at least it should not).
jimbow25's query seems to be different - i.e. using quidco to get a contract but on going to the retailers site, you enter another voucher as well. That is something that you have to be vary of and be careful - as the voucher usage can invalidate the quidco.0 -

As far as we're concerned this will be fine, but final approval of cashback rests with Quidco so I couldn't offer any guarantees.Kinda related to jimbow's point above - if I opted for the auto cashback "free gift" with an order, would I still get the quidco cashback too? Anyone know?
Absolutely, the Quidco cashback is payable on contract mobile phones sales no matter which on-site free gift you choose.

I will think very carefully before risking using any voucher codes with cashback sites again though! I didn't really need the headset that badly...0
