I had terrible customer service with Virgin in the past. I'll never use them again.0

Every time I have used Virgin it has been exactly the same. Connect, few niggly issues with TV service but one call to their call centre in India sorts it, followed by no call to the company for the duration of the contract until I disconnect. I also get what they promise when I first set up. Never had any real issues.0

Well i'm happy anyway! Can't say the same for their customer service help when i lost my broadband though, 60minutes onto india in the middle of the night with someone telling me what to do and when i told them i've done it ten times already then think doing it again will work lol!0
