Magic/Enhance Finance what a joke!!!!
Referred toEnhance finance from Churchwood for me to get an unsecured loan for help with my wedding!
Enhance took the application.Aware i was a tenant on benefits.Said that was not a problem. Gave me all the information and repayment terms etc.Told me they required a £70 brokerage fee which was returned within 30 days of loan completion unless i failed to return the paperwork. This is something i double and triple checked through the conversation. I was never asked about a guarantor.

Told me i was accepted.CONGRATULATIONS!! Paperwork would be sent within 5 days to be signed and returned allowing fund to be transferred.
This morning i received an email application pack from Enhance which they require me to print and return even tho i stipulated i had no access to a printer.And i was under the impression that was what the 25min phone call was for yesterday!
I was then emailed twice by TFS LOANS on behalf of enahnce and churchwood as my lender.Saying loan was accepted and giving me my reference number.All i had to do was complete paperwork (guarantor filling some in which i was unaware of and do not have) and send ID.

I rang TFS who said they had no record of me and had sent no emails (altho the email addy was [EMAIL="outbound@tfs.co.uk).I"]outbound@tfs.co.uk).I[/EMAIL] rang them to ask why i had been accepted for a loan where u needed a guarantor which i knew nothing about.Told me they couldnt do anything for me and to chase enhance finance to get my money back.

Rang enahnce finance to question all this.I was in queues and put on hold and went round in circles for 25mins.Got through on the sales/payment line within 5 secs.Told me they couldnt help an ring bk tomorow.They were very very rude and abusive. Laughed down the phone at me.When i threatened them with ombudsman and police for not giving me the service they took money for their exact words were "Go to the !!!!ing police they wont do anything". I asked 10 times for the managers name to which on the 10th time i got "errrr Dave if u want".They then hung up.
Tried calling them back 5-6 times and they just picked it up and put us on hold forever or just didnt answer!!

I assume from reading these reviews i will never see my £70 (which is alot to loose from my small amount of disability benefit i get) and i will never recieve the loan i requested.
Has anyone really had many success stories from chasing these mugs?
I am writing to the FSA etc but dont know how likely i am to get a great response?
PLEASE STEER CLEAR OFF THESE FOOLS!!!!!!

I think they're still around as I had a miscall which when googling appears to be from Magic Finance (01625 506455). I will be steering well clear of them.
