Oh, how I hate when OH doesn't text me or call when out! I hope he'll be sorry, it doesn't take long to text. But from the other side men are men, they are from a different planet ;). Still no snow in London, friend of mine yesterday had to wait 9 hours for her plane to leave from Luton because of wheather conditions-I would have been mad! Lucky you have a field with snow on it opposite, I'm sure tonight will be special for both of you.

I went to the gym this morning, wanted to book a massage for the 24th but the salon is closed on Thursday. At least I save money though was looking forward to it. I have my contract reviewed next week-make or break for the NY:o. I don't think I'll get any Xmas bonus, would be happy if they could just renew the contract, I started to work for them in January only. I think they will renew it-they are quite happy with me:rolleyes:. Have a nice weekend, I need to start writing my assignment for OU as don't want to be stuck in front of computer on Xmas day...

Men can be a nightmare for texting. My OH does that sometimes , forgets to text me when he is out and enjoying himself. Then they sleep in so you have to wait ages to hear from them.

Aww, hope they renew your contract Kavics sure they will! We never get a xmas bonus :( It used to be £5 voucher! lol, then they even done away with that! And they done away with the xmas party 3 years ago now too. After all the extra hours and extra jobs we cover being short staffed for over a year you think they would give us something. But no not a thing.
I get so jealous when i hear all the good things other people get for xmas off there works.

Yeah your right wendz my OH sleeps in every weekend whether his been out or not and the swithces his phone off, he doesnt normally wake until 11.30am the lazy man. lol

No snow here last night, but ph my gosh its so slippery everywhere its awful on the roads and paths. I dug my car out of the snow this morning and took it up the road went to Asda which was a mistake as it was like an ice rink and not one space to park so went back home again.

Your poor friend having to wait 9 hours for her plane!!! But i suppose its better to be safe than sorry. At least it took off in the end.

    Hey guys

Hope you've all had a good weekend.

I had the bestest day yesterday, i was very spoilt by my OH!!!

My OH gave my my christmas presents yesterday as i wont see him christmas and he wanted me to open them with him there. And OMG!!! He really spolit me this year!!! 32 LCD tv, N97 mini in white, Jane Norman leather jacket and jumper dress, one of them cute hats that cover your ears, and a laptop cooler! He is the best boyfriend in the world bless him!!!:jhe spent over £800 on me and all i got him was 4x4 experince and a mr grumpy!!!!!! As i say its looks like him! :o:oPoor boy. Im going out tonight to buy him something esle probably with my £60 argos vouchers i was saving for a TV, i might buy him a PSP or something.

I cant stop playing with my new phone now! He knew i wanted one and in white there more expensive, he said the phone cost him more than the TV did! His too good to me! Its touch screen like the iphone and has a little flip out keyboard (which is why i wanted it over an iphone) but the apps cost much more than i-tunes, i-tunes apps are around £1 with Ovi there £3!!!

The snow is still here on the paths and car parks since thursday night now and really p!ss!ng me off! Its turned to thick ice you cant walk or drive on it, ive seen so many people fall over and smacking there bottom/back on the floor im being so careful!

  • Ahhhh what a lovely OH you have Maria, what a sweetie he is. You deserved to be spoilt. The phone sounds really cool, not heard of the N97, but it sounds wicked. I really want the iphone, but can't justify the expense at the mo, if only my OH was as generous as yours hehe.

We still have lots of snow here too, tonight was the first time i have driven since getting my car back. My OH has said London has been hit now with snow, and its causing so many problems in London. They just haven't been gritted at all. Don't ya just love England when it snows!

Glad you had a great weekend chick!

Oh, you are really really spoiled, but deserve it! Hope the telly works, we had to get a digital ariel from argos as the roof one was just messing the freeview about. The phone must be good as well, my contract finishes in March and to be honest with you I will go for the simpliest one with the less to pay. I still use a Nokia 6230i, it's been about 5-6years? I can't be bothered, all I need the phone is for texting, calling, alarm and radio :rotfl:.OH wants me to get an Iphone, probably because he wants it, but touch screen doesn't work for me, I will just scratch it within 5 minutes. Oh,yeah, forgot to mention that I'm the clumsiest person in the world :o-I drop, hit, kick anything and everything, just can't help myself.

Yes Hayley, London was horrible this evening. I cycled to work but left bike there and decided to walk to friend's house (I'm babysitting for her kids at the moment), the traffic was on stand by all the way (40 min walk from work). She'll be back around 11, I hope that there won't be more snow so I can take the tube back home. Oh wanted me to cancel it but I love her kids, they are tucked up in bed now sleeping:j.

I didn't get anything special to OH, he'll only get a book and a bottle of wine (good memories connected to it ;)), he wants to buy a suit and a jumper on the sales so I said I would contribute to those. I only want new nighties and underwears so will let him pay for mine:D.

Ahh what a lovely OH you have, those are lovely presents! Hope you enjoy the TV and the phone and everything else. I am sure he loves his presents from you.

I had a nightmare getting home from work too. It was so slippy walking and I was wearing heeled boots. I didn't know it would snow again...opps. I made it home anyway in one piece.
