Yes, my 2 are currently dragging each other around by a scarf tied around the other's neck :rotfl:

(I hate moaning about "men", but why it all that always "Mum's" responsibility????) *sigh*
Oh don't get me started! When OH wants to go anywhere he just gets up and goes. Like you, when it's my turn i have to get everything ready. He then wonders why i feel so stressed out !!!
I'm just off to see if Hypno went running...One step at a time0 -

Yep, I hear ya Hopeful. I've come to the conclusion that if I work continuously, non-stop for the whole weekend I can just about stay on top of the house.......*sigh*
Meanwhile DH is moping about, looking out of the window and contemplating why life is so hard!!!! Argghhhh!!!! :mad:0 -
I did my ironing in half hour stints this afternoon while watching Carousel on Film Four. Half hour ironing, cup of coffee, half hour ironing, cup of coffee etc. Then sat down in peace to watch the final, heartrending five minutes. It's the only way I can face it, just pick up half a dozen items at a time; So I don't actually keep seeing Kilimanjaro in the kitchen, just the little pile that I keep clearing, makes me feel so much better.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

That's how I do it too - 10 items at a time.....Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Well I've procrastinated all day - though I have been busy - but now it's time to grab the iron, stick on The Devil Wears Prada - followed by The September Issue (fashiontastic
) and mount Kilimanjaro!
Night folks - have a good week xx0 -
Indeed I did - was out and back home before 8am
Well done you! I haven't made it through all the pages i've missed in your diary yet. Babies have this thing about needing attention, it can be very disruptiveYep, I hear ya Hopeful. My OH had to have a lie in and a 3 hr nap this pm. The poor thing needed to recover from the 9 odd hours he spent in the pub yesterday. No 'grrrr' smiley is 'grrr' enough for me today! I've only done usual night feeds/housework/cooking plus getting eldest DS to footie with 8 wk old in tow. I'm sure we'll all go to heaven (or somewhere else dead nice for non believers)
I'm off to get little one ready for bed as for some bizarre reason i'm a tad tired. And yes, my sarcasm vein is in full flow todayOne step at a time0 -
I do my ironing in priority order....the kids, mine....and then his!!!

Good Evening :hello:
I hope you are all well, I'm not bad for a Monday.
Last night I finished every last scrap of ironing - even the evil bedding- so will put it away this evening.
While I was running the bath, I found some wood glue and repaired all the little railings on the front of the doll's house. Then while the kids were in the bath - cleaned the bathroom :A
As much as I hate spending all my weekend doing housework, I do feel like some order is taking place in the house and it feels good!
I had a NSD today :j That's all to report moneywise. Foodwise I've only binged on Ryvitas - :rotfl:
DH has been in London at a funeral today and I'm in Germany for the day tomorrow. I leave at 5am and will get back very late - probably around Midnight0
