Agree re the CC jiggling about. I have had to move various ones around in the hope of getting more 0% offers but then the BT fees made it add up
I love BB even if I don't win, as I think that at least I'm trying! Have some of the kids clothes that could go on ebay, will try and find some enthusiasm from somewhere to put them on. Good luck with finding the extra things.1st debt - Next [STRIKE]£583.32[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£408.71 [/STRIKE] £0 :j

3 Items listed on Ebay, so Mission Accomplished :T
(another one photographed, but I'm going to hang fire on that one as DD begged me not to sell )
All the ironing is done - though there'll be plenty more tomorrow. We all have clean clothes and uniform to last until at least Wednesday, so that's good enough for me. The plus side of the tumble dryer is it should cut down on the ironing :j
Off to get some pressies to wrap - even if I only do a few, it softens the blow later on...
Hopefully I'll get up for a run in the morning - fingers crossed for no snow....0 -
Good Morning, I'm typing this from the comfort of my bed - a rare treat!
DH is watching the Great London Swim on C4. He took part so is looking to see if he's on telly! Open water swimming? No thanks.
I was meant to go for a run this morning, but cried off due to the rain, now hypno has make me think twice, so I might just get out there.
Can't let a bit of rain put me off now can I?
Last night, I did wrap a few more things, so am on target. It would be great to have all the wrapping done before the 1st December.
Today I have to bake biscuits today for DD Mary's school coffee afternoon.
The other day after school we were in a shop when another child (that she doesn't know) said "Hi Mary! Hey Mum, that's the girl who is Mary in the school play!!!!".
DD scowled at the girl and rolled her eyes at me. Bless. Fame does not suit her! :rotfl:
Only 10p's won this morning, but better than nothing - though I am missing BB0 -
Morning, i thought I had subscribed to your thread, but when I went to look, it had disappeared
Just to add to the tumble dryer thingy, I have washing drying all over the house, duvet covers hanging over the banister etc. I don't have room for one, or that would be next on my list. My washing machine is acting up at the mo, sometimes it doesn't quite spin properly, and when it finally dies I will get a washer/dryer.
I've still got a week or two of BB, the search starts here for a replacement. I was thinking of not playing the whole fiver, and leaving some of the bonus so I can still play for a bit longer.
The 10p on the scratchies doesn't really give enough chances for the bingo.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Did you go for your run, macgirl? I did 3+ miles........Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

I certainly did - 6+ miles!!! :j
Tried to map it online, but it didn't give me the exact milage, I don't care though.0 -
hurrah!!!!
I have a garmin which is excellent for milage.....but I am deliberately going out without it at the moment because I will just get depressed at how little I am doing in such a long space of time
Hopefully by the end of the year I will be back up to 5/6 miles, which is what I am aiming for short term - to be able to get out there for an hour, comfortably, blowing the cobwebs away and de-stressing after a tough day.....will do me just nicely. At the moment, it is a whole lot of hard work :rolleyes:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. Well done for going out and thanks for inspiring me to
You'll probably find it's gets easier more quickly than before. I think when you attain a level of fitness, it's easier to pick it up. Granted, carrying extra weight does make it harder, but it is a great start to the New Year to have started the Get-Fit Programme Pre-Christmas - So Very Well Done :T0 -
Can I join you on the running theme, I ran too :j just over 5 miles today. I love my garmin but it does make me a bit obsessive as when it's tough you don't want to know how little you've done. I looked at the running club thread, but got scared and ran off again, all those figures.....
Have got to wait until Dec to find out if I've got into the Marathon but I have foolishly entered a 56 mile run in September :eek::eek: don't ask.........
It is amazing how quick you will get it back Hypno, especially if you only did the Marathon last year.1st debt - Next [STRIKE]£583.32[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£408.71 [/STRIKE] £0 :j
