Independent witness and upstanding pillar of the community hijacked in playground and will call round this evening. I'll unpack a bottle of Red as a thank you :D
  • Not sure I'd go with three young lads - but maybe that's just because I have 3 DSs and know what a mess they create......but all sounding good and lots of progress, so sure it will all be sorted soon.

Have a nice w/e before school kicks in for little DD

Yes Mrs R that did cross my mind after they'd gone. Will they keep it as well maintained as we have? But, will any tenant? We have to lower our expectations I think.

I applied for subletting consent, so hopefully that will be straightforward. And our witness came to sign our forms, so will post in the morning and everything crossed we will get the keys this time next week! :j:j:j:j:j

    Morning all

It's wet grey and totally miserable. Perfect weather for running - but even better for staying cosy and warm inside. So what am I doing? Yep - going for a run - urgghh REALLY don't want to but must.

    Then it's hair-do day :j I love it.

Cappuccino with little wafery tube biscuits with chocolate in? Yes, please!
    Glossy mags? Yes please!
No one whining" Muuuuuuuuuum'? YES PLEASE!!!!!!

Then we have 3 more viewings so hopefully we'll have a taker out of that lot, that will work out.
I've been heeding Mrs R's warning, but then remember a friend once let her house to 3 (female) nurses. She said they left it in such a state, she had to throw out the sofa - fleas  and have the place fumigated

    Right, off I trot

Thanks. Didn't enjoy the run. 6 miles today felt 10 times harder than 12 last week. Think it's due to week before tom, my energy levels are low.

Right off to shower, get the girls ready for ballet and then off to the hairdressers :D

After that I need to nip to the supermarket (which doubles as free parking :money:) then home to quickly blitz before the viewings!

    Have a good day :)

Well, you did 6 miles more than I did today, so well done - that must be about it now before GNR isn't it?
