Apple pie and custard sounds divine!
I have completely given up worrying about food this week - the combination of Easter, being off work, going to London and meeting a friend, and going out for lunch with Nana today has meant I am way off track with no way of catching up.
So I will not stress about it, and will start counting points again when I go back to work on Monday when I will find it much easier to stay on track because I will have my normal routine again.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Same here. I am still exercising and not going overboard (well I have also had a Creme Egg and 2 caramel Shortcakes
) but I see it as a blip rather than a catastrophe.
My attitude to consuming both food and "stuff" is not as it was. I really feel like I've changed, I just don't need it anymore. Almost like shedding a heavy overcoat - it feels quite cathartic.........:)
Right, off to turn into Del Boy and flog my car on Ebay

Thanks. Think I'm going a bit overboard. I cleaned it within an inch of it's life, now I'm photoshopping the backgrounds of the shots.
The car doesn't even run - it needs a new engine! :rotfl:0 -

Well Chops, things never do go to plan do they........
DH rang on his way home, ranting about work and his partner. As I'm listening to him and trying to tart up my pics - the other line rings - DD1 crying because she wants to come home :wall:
I'd already given them the hard word, as this often happens - usually with llttle DD. She then goes on to try to make a deal with me that she won't sleep this time but will another time or at someone else's house.
Mum then offered to babysit. DD said I don't want her to tonight, I just want it to be us (she's 5! - but clearly thinks she's 15 - so I need to clue myself up on how to sort out a precocious child, feel useless
).
It's too late to go to the cinema now, but they are now staying over at my parent's. I need wine and there's not a drop in the house....arrgghhhhh!!!!0 -
