Have Eon lost customers' data? Or are they running a scam?

I appreciate your willingness to help and agree that it does indeed to be the case (sadly) that Helena from EON will not be addressing reasonable concerns or apologising to the other moneysavers who have received unsolicited calls regarding a 'competition' that they do not recall entering. Not to mention the many reports from members of the public on other websites as listed in my post #13.

The specifics you refer to are actually a request for very basic information (i.e. a yes/no) and most honest companies would make this known. Indeed, FSA rules require that financial providers make known any financial relationships between third parties that could impact on their relationship with the customer. Clearly FSA rules do not apply to this energy company, however, the possibility of a conflict can not be ruled out.

what is going on? I think they dont care at all!! Search google for eon lost details and the results want to make you switch to a different supplier which I think I will be doing. :mad:
