  • Hiya peeps I am in for November :D

Had a bad few weeks last month - just getting over nasty flu bug and 2 totm's in 1 month grrrr so I've been feeling absolutely wiped out.

Starting the month at 11 st 3 lbs...hoping to lose those pesky 3 lbs at least by next month.

Hope you have all been keeping well x x x

Wow, this forum isn't dormant after all!! :)

I've just checked a thread that I started last week about a succesfull diet that my OH started recently and there have been 120+ views and ..... 0 replies!
I concluded there's nobody on here interested in losing weight. Really pleased I bothered writing it now. And no, my name is not Zoe Harcombe! :)

BritRael, I just saw your thread - that diet book looks good, I am tempted to buy it.

Dragon - as promised, my starting weight for 1 November is 133.9lbs. So I lost 1.7lbs in October, hardly enough to set the world on fire but then I have been out for meals twice this week so can't moan too much. :o

Here's to a fab November for everyone, we can do it! xoxoxo

Hi all :) I hardly posted on the October thread but am determined to make more of an effort this month! October was a diet disaster for me, it's been one long eat-fest, not helped by the fact that dh has had the past two weeks off work, so he (we!?) has been in "holiday eating" mode. As a result all my clothes feel tight and I'm very cross with myself. I've got a job interview on 12th November, so I really need to shift a few pounds by then to fit in to my smart clothes!

November *will* be a better month for me. I will weigh-in tomorrow on the wii-fit and post my starting weight.

    Hi

Can I join you please. I am starting the Paul McKenna I Can Make You Thin plan tomorrow and would be delighted to start that with a 7lb loss in the first month. I will be weighing myself fortnightly so will post my losses when I know them.

I will let you know my starting weight tomorrow as I haven't weighed myself this morning and I have just had my tea!
