F*ck me.
I've been away for a few weeks and all hell breaks loose.

Do you let your kids use your log in? It's like wit from a six year old. Plus the grammar of a seven year old. What did you say you did? Docker, was it?you're right each - it's a rubbish gag.
never understood why you ever used it.
i've never found it funny.
In all seriousness - who on earth would spell doofus as doophus? What level of brain dead would make that connection?0 -
For me, it is about how personal the insults to Carolt sometimes become. I have read posts that have jeered at her income, her occupation, her family and her sexuality. That seriously isn't acceptable.
I equally dont like some of the nastier attacks on Hamish or a few other posters and have said so.
I couldn't give a tinkers damn whether someone thinks house prices are falling or rising. No one should be attacked here on a personal level.
Not you, not me, not Carolt
A post so good I'd like to thank it twice. so, Thanks.
Sometimes its annoying that I'd like to acknowledge a good post but at the end of a post their is a swipe one way or t'other. Then I have to debate tact versus recognition of point, or wit, and sometimes, well, quite often really, the decision is made for me if I hover over the thanks button too long, (why no ''unthanks''?). sometimes the swipes are funny: but then you remember there is a person on the receiving end. Not nice whoever does it/receives it.0 -

I so know where you are coming from. I thank posts then think.. ouch, shouldn't have done that, didn't see that bit.
I then thank the next six posts out of sheer embarassment mostly.Retail is the only therapy that works0
