nationwide charges

  • I have to admit that due to 2 company's dipping into my account as they saw fit between April and March nationwide are now taking on average #90 a month out of my account. They refused to refund the charges because it was a third party that caused it. I now have my parachute account open with CO - OP a cash minder account with a visa electron card so I will now move all my credits and debits to this new account and start the ball rolling through CAG to get approx #500 of charges back, they spiralled me.

Aaww! Can I bottle and sell you? Thanks for the words of encouragement. I must say though I am quite pleased with myself recently - claimed on 2 mis-sold endowments and got over 2k - now Nationwide is getting it - next who knows? maybe the DHS for making a mistake on a benefit of mine!At the minute the list seems to be endless:-)

Hiya everyone. Well, am putting my claim into the Court on Monday. Cant do Moneyclaim online as I`m in NI, so I`ll take my first trip to the Courthouse.
I`ve got my form filled in and am ready for Christmas to come early in our house. Claiming just under the £2k threshhold for NI small claims then hopefully I`m going for the rest (another £400 odds ) I really have been robbed over the 6 years!:o
