am I right in thinking that I can have mashed potatoes as long as I don't add butter, milk etc to them? I keep checking my green plan book but still feel guilty when I have potatoes.

I have made a quorn casserole with tomatoes, herbs and peppers and fancy some mash with it. Will then have the rest of the quorn with pasta for tomorrow evening meal.

I can't believe all the food I can eat ( still doesn't stop me wanting some chocolate though ) :o

Yes you can dollydee - you can add milk out of your HEa allowance if you have any spare (and syn the butter if you really want it). Laughing Cow/Dairylea Traingles from your HEa allowance are lovely added to mash - makes it really creamy!

Thanks Skint Catt the laughing cow idea for m. potato is brilliant. I am often wondering what to do with my second A and sometimes B! :)

I guess you could add a spoonful of quark also - completely free then! And of course chives are to die for in mashed potato!!!
  • Mmm that cheese triangle and mash sounds delish!

Lisa, I've been binging for the last 2 days since my WI - don't do it! You'll regret it! Look at how far you've come! Keep repeating to yourself 'I don't NEED it' Noting tastes as good as being slim feels. (Any other true but corny lines I can come out with?)

yes, I'm a hypocrite, but if I can save just one person.......;)
