Well donestefd! You could maybe buy a piece of ready cooked chicken, and discrad the skin. Can you nto maybe make up some savoury rice or couscous befire you go to work, an dtake it in a tupperware tub & have that?
Yeah I'll prob make up some savory rice and have that and maybe some chicken too minus the skin if still hungry lol .

Oh yeah thats true I never thought bout that. Think will give the chicken a miss then just in case. Well I've used up 2 heb's so an EE day is out the question so either red or green.
Well im heading up to Asda so I'll have a look and see if they got a salad bar or not. If not, then I'll prob jsut get some Alpen Light bars to tide me over till I get home. Sadly the college canteen will be shut so won't be able to get access to hot water! Dam it! lol

Just made my second scan bran cake - don't know why but this looks (haven't tried it yet) much more like cake! The first was heavy and solid but this looks like sponge. Hope it tastes better too
Gonna make chilli bean soup in the morning and freeze batches for next weeks lunches!
Got a wedding on Saturday (always my worst day!) so being careful with syns until then and will do EE too as I've no idea what will be served (will have a HUGE EE brekkie so I don't get tempted by nibbles)! Can't even offer to drive as we're staying at the reception venue! :rolleyes:

Hi All
I can't believe we are on thread number 2 and how many pages already. I have been doing SW on and off for 2yrs, i lose half a stone i put it on I lose I put on i lose i put. Have been in holiday mode for about 3 months and have put on again since start again.
I have no will power thats my problem oh and I eat when i'm bored but hay ho. I need to lose the weight and was going to wait until after christmas to start again but decided it was still a long way off so I'm back and this time i'm serious. I'm doing it from memory and the books.
Day 1 has gone quite well fingers crossed for tomorrow
