Laura when I'm feeling run down in the winter I love to make a big pot of soup, look up some recipes on the SW website...makes me feel great and I don't feel guilty about it!

Catsy...looking great, you can definitely see the difference!

Just had WI this morning, lost 2.5lbs! 9lbs down in total now....got my half stone, so very pleased, I'm off to London this weekend...where my OH is, and we're having a mulled wine and mince pie night on saturday...so looking forward to it, not going to count syns or anything, i'm just going to enjoy it and try to stick to the plan and make sensible choices the rest of the week, so could be a STS or a gaining week next thursday, but I'm happy for that to happen as I've been working so hard at uni and haven't been out, by which I mean anywhere other than home doing uni work, or at uni....so I'm just going to enjoy myself!

Hope everyones managing not to be tempted too much by all the festive treats...
