What a lovely way to think about it :) I shall tell my daughter that next time she's moaning to me about her weight!

Hi All, glad it isn't just me that is struggling today! I really want to eat everything in the house... I don't think i am hungry, i think i'm cold! But the urges are reallly bad! I have got some berries out of the freezer and going to have them with lots of fat free natural yogart :) hopefully the sugar hit will be enough to appease my chocolate urges!!!!!!!! :)

  • So far today I've not been craving more things but I've just peeked out of the window and it's finally snowing here and it's settling so who knows what I'll feel like later!

I've got a big syn free stew in the oven though so as long as I can hold out until that's cooked I'll be fine!

What's the weather like for everyone else?

It's -1 here but we haven't had anymore snow since 2pm though my friend who's just been round tells me we're in for a couple of cm's tonight & his gritters have done 4 covers on the main roads!

Hey catsy - no strike! Whoop!!! :D
  • We've got a couple of inches of snow now and it seems to be settling - I've had my lovely stew though and I'm all warm and sleepy and thinking about an early night.

I've been so super good so far this week I hope I can keep it up and get the half pound loss that I need on Monday.

I'm sure you'll get your loss Karen - sounds like you deserve it :)

I'm hoping that just doing a food diary for my consultant will get me at least 7lbs ;) (Well I can wish - 2 would be fab) even though I always do one for me!

Brekkie; fried eggs, polenta, mushrooms & baked beans
    Snack; banana
Lunch; leftover salad with chilli penne, baked beans & 42g RF cheese (HEa)
Dinner; SW chips & quorn chilli with milkshake (3 syns + HEa)
Snack; Hi-Fi bar (HEb), cup of tea (remainder of HEa)
    Drinks; loads of SF squash

Not had quite enough superfree foods I don't think but have had at least 8 speed foods, 3 syns and 3 of my HEx's.

hey all. Typing VERY slowly as have hurt my hand and can't use it properly - would have to be my right one eh?

Had a bit of a shock when i weighed myself at the gymn yesterday. I am nearly a stone heavier than i was at the beginning of the year - and about half of that has been in the last few months. Admittedly it was after our work christmas lunch (very big & three courses) - but still! Thing is, although I can see where it has gone on, I am more toned than this time last year, because i have been exercising regularly the whole time.

So after Christmas I will have to bite the bullet, buy a countdown and get rid! I didn't lose 4 stone to have it creep back on again.
