lol thanks laura!! Luckily I have a good idea where to get my dollars from, but just thought it would be good to ask the experts (a specific collar exchange rate thread!!!! grrr!!) I have had similar experienced with other topics too :(

Don't worry about the snowman, you're weight loss is really good, looks to be about the same rate as mine was... (I can average anywhere between 4 and 7 lbs a month!!) so a few weeks off over xmas isn't the end of the world!! I will be taking my weeks off over my hols tho so trying really hard to be extra good until then!!

However I needed to come in to do stuff, but have since spent the morning browsing the web!! lol!! My puppy saw the snow for the first time last night and it was sooo cute!! She's 7 months old!!

Hi all, not much to report with SW as ive been a piggy so too embarrassed to reveal all. Not really been on here much as ive been trying to chase Go Go hamster accessories.
Catsy I know what you mean about some of the other threads. I subscribe to a few and I dont post much on them for fear of being shot down. This is the friendlyiest one by far. Ive been on this thread for over a year and have only seen a handful of nasty remarks or disagreements. Its nice that there is no questions to daft to ask, and you will nearly always get a decent answer. A lot of other threads just shout at you and tell you to read the info in the front page.
Like I say even though I dont always post on here every day, I always check it and read the posts. I anwser any questions where I can, but most of all I like seeing everyones progress and seeing whats happening in their lives. I know that come January Ill be relying on all you guys and this thread to help give me the kick I need to get motivated again.
Just my way of saying thanks for being so nice and helpful :T:T:T

well said nic!!! I completely agree with you :) I just didn't really understand why people behave like that as I thought the whole point of the forum was to ask advice from people! Ah well lesson learnt!!

I am getting hungry and want my lunch but I'm so cold I can't really be bothered to go upstairs and cook it... as I previously said there's no heating upstairs, and even tho there is downstairs I'm still sat here with my coat, scarf and gloves on!! lol!!

Yeah some of the forums are becoming so unhelpful - I try to avoid most of them except here :)

Just got a taste for Mingle chocs at Mum's house - was hoping they were 1syn each but they're 1.5 :( so not worth it but will I be able to resist?

Brekkie; baked beans, polenta, mushrooms & egg
Lunch; soup (HEb), 3 mingle chocs (4.5syns)
Dinner; chicken with veg but not sure what yet as Mum's cooking!
Snack later will probably be Krisprolls with LC Light on plus my advent choccie.
(edit: or maybe not - I've had all my HEB's - darn that soup, lol!)

I bought myself a Muller lemon cheesecake yoghurt earlier and will have that with a meringue nest (4 syn total) maybe tonight, or maybe tomorrow.

Won't be online tomorrow as have to pick darling OH up from the airport (It's his office Xmas party tonight so won't be home until tomorrow) then we're straight into Birmingham to try & finish shopping (I hope I can avoid the German market - nothing healthy there but all sooo scrummy!) then straight back to the NEC to see Lenny Henry's Rock with Laughter show! :D Really hope I can find something healthy to eat out otherwise it's going to be a very very hungry day :( Out at 9am (after a HUGE free breakfast!) - back at 11.30pm!
  • catsy if you've got time to order your dollars, I found the best exchange rate last year was www.crowncurrencyexchange.com

I worried a bit because I'd never dealt with them before, but it was spot-on. I will definitely use them again.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
