  • We enter this world simply, knowing only our self.

In our short time here, we enlighten others with or presence, guard those we care above and above all impart our love for being here.

We exit this world as simply.

Blessings from us Scottish folk to Mhags and family :heart2: you are in all and my thoughts X

Lovely day here in the west coast of Scotland, eventually! Took a while for the clouds to move but they did and that steely hard sky shined with a lovely sunset his evening over the west coast.

    1. I'm blessed with clever, funny and adorable colleagues, we're just like a little family on our wee team in a big gov bureaucracy.

    2. My sons nagging me for working too much, bless them

    3. Feeling I'm allowed to eat as many Tunnocks snowballs and Carmel logs as I want while having a work melt down.... Thanks to collegues for buying them and making my tea! I took the tea only happily..

    4. Kestral on his usual post on the way to work and enjoyment as the wood pidgeons and magpies fight it out in the nearest to house sycamapore.

    5. Crisp, frozen fresh air. A full breath or several really made me happy to be here this morning. It hurt! But reminded me that breathe is so important. I had a quiet moment of mindfulness.

    I'll pray tonight, it's been a while but I will X
