    And relax

5 Days on the lash does not win trophies! well, at least we got promoted the week before.

4 Did the dump runs today. Two trips, Raffles nearly came along for ride. Yard looks terrific. Car washed as well. The cut on the lavender was brutal. Car stinks of it!

3 Roast chicken for tea. Should had been yesterday but forgot. Oh well. Oh the curry, it is alive and curing on the stove. More on the curry later.

2 Morrow BoP is being sliced open. Heart again. Jenny being investigated as her leads are a bit knackered. Also going into the jugular, the arteries. Should be fun, I am already starving. Cardiologist rang as I was doing the car! Choice of Friday, Tuesday or tomorrow. May as well get it done with.

    Tomorrow never comes!

If for reason of anything you have been affected reading BoP's post, help is at hand. Call the BoP line on ...

    Pleasures for today:

    1) Not a bad sleep.

    2) Work awful! But equally awful for a lot of people so there was a bit of Dunkirk spirit as the day wore on.

    3) Went for a cup of tea with my school friend after work.

    4) I've been asked to babysit my niece :-)

    5) A rare three egg day for the hens. :-)

    6) Played football with sons.

That's about it - don't know where the day has gone!

Dr C's friend Kenny won a million pounds on a scratchcard on Friday.
He took on his wife's three children when they married and they are expecting their own second child on Thursday (planned delivery).
He knocked on the door last year when he was selling double glazing, not to sell, but just to have a chat and catch up with me as he lives in Sunderland now.
He really is a lovely bloke, and I'm so pleased for him.
He was worried sick about losing wages for taking time off for the new baby, and now all that has been lifted from him. Magic.
Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.

    Starving.

Going down after no lunch. Looking like old cheese sandwich job again later. Ward is on trial for procedure, this could be fun.
