VJsmum - those are they!!! Are you within view of the railway....? Big son has big brown eyes and lots of hair. Smaller son is the same height but skinny with green eyes. Bigger son is into everything and a bit theatrical. Smaller son is quiet. Last I heard they had strapped a camera to the front of one of the scooters and were doing a tour of the campsite to show me when they get home. How funny you are there too!

NB I first went to that campsite with friends from Sixth Form College when I was 17.

    Evening

    Pleasures for today,
    1. Porridge with apple puree (made at the weekend in it) for breakfast.
    2. Lunch was HM carrot soup with HM granary bread and a HM choc muffin, new people I sit next to were impressed :money:
    3. Walk into town at lunch in the sunshine and the only money I spent was to top up bus pass
    4. Transferred money from grocery underspend purse into savings tin and there was £65 for this month:money:, was very impressed with myself.
    5. Washing dried on the line and a bit of ironing done this morning, may talk DD into doing some more ironing tomorrow.

Hugs to all who need them

    My pleasures for today:

    1) Not a bad sleep.

    2) Lots of texts and 3 phone calls from smaller son.

    3) House looking very tidy. Easy to keep it that way with only me in it.

    4) Went swimming with my brother.

    5) Took some boxes round to my sister's house (she is moving on Thursday).

    6) Had tea at mum and dad's.

    7) Going to go to bed just now and watch Holby City.

Hello, Wednesday afternoon...sun is out at the moment but I've just driven home in the rain and its blooming cold and windy!

Up early, so phoned my friend from home and had a good blether with her.

Cleaned the bathrooms, made all the beds, tidied the kitchen then thought I'd nip out to supermarket.

Got a bag of courgettes for $1 and same for a bag of tomatoes and apples.
Some RTC chicken which will be shortly turned into a curry.

I'd phoned year head at DDs school this morning, so she returned my call as I was at the till, so called her back from carpark.....spoke through the issues we are having at the moment. We chatted for about 20 minutes and hopefully something positive comes out of this.

Missed call from new boss, so called her back and went into work to help out for a few hours....unpaid...but it's gets us nearer to opening! Was supposed to be today but as I said last week I was not holding my breath...now looking at Monday! A few of the other staff came in so that was nice to see them....nice lunch made for us too!

Now going to make a curry for dinner...have a lovely day and how coincidental is that the Friths and VJsmums are at the same place!

    Morning

Chicken - If only you knew the truth, I am so not grown up :D. Not done anything off bzz for ages they seem to have forgotten about me :(

Mhagster - Hope you get things sorted for DD, its amazing that some girls find it acceptable to be such b!tches. Hope the school and her parents do something about it.

Frith and VJsmum - wow! Definitely a small world!

mhagster - I really hope the school get something sorted out for your poor DD now - having had a dreadful time at school myself with bullying I really feel for her. :(

    My five for yesterday:

    1) A decent amount of yellow thing throughout the day.

    2) Bought a new cardigan to replace the one that shrinked - in a sale, of course! :money:

    3) Another £15 Amaz0n voucher for doing surveys.

    4) Cuddles with a very waggy white dog at the pub quiz, and never mind the dog hair-covered state of my black trousers afterwards!

    5) Next door's b&w mog galloping up the road to me when I got home. :D

    Have a good day, all.
Back after a very long break!

5 Bread Italiano is being made this morn. With bits and lumps as well. Smell the dough! Think Ms BoP wills be having her jam later, toasted and roasted of course.

4 Bring on the Aussies for another thrashing. Got radio tuned ready for that. Love a bit of leather me.

3 No tredder today, so no cuppa and burps.

2 Now it is time for a cup of tea and biscuit. Twice baked of course, with chocolate on top.

1 Another milestone approaches, if you miss it, there will be another, and another, and another. Tomorrow never came ...

    Stop Post

W8Flowers Blackcurrant Jam has splashed on the toasted bun. Gat to say, DEEEEEEEEEELUCIOUS.

Now for spotted !!!!!! and Lumpy Custard
