Oh no! I bought some sprouts on Thursday and they're really nice, fresh, large, very crunchy. I certainly hope they get some more in for tomorrow as we've eaten them all now. Definitely recommended!

Carrots were marked down to 49p instore today as per Xmas weeks but the bag is no longer 1.5kg it is now 1kg.

Spring onions were terrible, so bought red onions instead.

Looks like Lidl are jumping on the "Super 6" bandwagon, though only 5 x 39p offers for a week starting 8th January.

All 39p each:-
Chantenay carrots - 400g
Red onions - 750g
Swede - each
Red peppers - each
Baby plum tomatoes - 250g

Kiwi fruits - each - only 12p - Sat and Sun 10th/11th Jan.

Lots of choices from the "little lads", off to see what the "BIG BOYS" are offering.
