Hi Starla, I'll go find you on DooYoo in a mo! :santa2:

Hope your migraine has got better Dinah, what a nightmare about work!

What a romantic proposal Pilchard! I so wish my OH was romantic

My OH's parent's dog is 'surviving' at the moment too. The vet is surprised he's still alive. It's so sad. I'm going to be devastated! Feel so sorry for your Mum Poddle, it's such an awful thing when pets die.

I think I'm going to Weight Watchers tonight with my friend as I really need a kick up the bum to get back on the healthy eating band wagon which reminds me Dinah, I want to join the challenge again! I'm up to 10st10 which I'm not happy about and I want to lose a stone if not more!

Birdie and Poddle, if you both plan to continue with WW let me know cuz I'm about to (re)start it tomorrow so we can talk points! :D I'm not into that FoodFocus... are you girls still doing it?

Good news about the overtime Pilchard! I wish my work did that, they have a 'use it or lose it' policy with holidays! We've just found out that we have to go to work on the 28th December and instead of the double time that we should get for working a bank holiday we get the 31st off in lieu. Something's not right there, surely we should get 2 days off?! Typical of the company though, if we complain we get told that we should be happy we've got a job and that's that!

Dinah I'm a little concerned that it took your work until 3pm to realise that you were missing! Don't worry about it though, simple mistake- you should never give important jobs to boys!

ETA: I'll start talking points with you tomorrow Zig! I can't get on with food focus either, it's too complicated for me and I'm never convinced I've put everything in it correctly so I don't believe it!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Uh-oh, Etsy is dangerous... there are some seriously talented people on there (and others...)

As for MiLs, mine's been 'challenging' (I'll tell you about it one day, you'll be like ) but accepts me now (we think :p). Nothing to take personally just severe mother issues

  • Yup I'm still food focussing, though I've written off The Bath Days!

Sounds intriguing Bails, if that's the right word! I quite like my OH's Mam but he doesn't get on with her at all and will hardly let me talk to her!

Isn't it funny how it works out Tete? Hopefully her 'issues' are behind us, I just hope they don't rear their ugly head when grandkids come along.

Eeps, I hope she's nothing like Dinah's future MIL! Although I think that is slightly better now...?

I think WW really works if you stick to it, so I'm going to try hard and probably be talking points too!

Ooh, is she bad Dinah? Boo!

Good luck with the WW girls. I got attacked by the toast good and proper tonight - that'll teach me to have an apple for breakfast! It was the Milka that did it... :D

Hope work weren't too annoyed in the end Dinah!

I am hoping to get between christmas and new year off, work have given it to us all as extra holiday but my immediate manager needs someone in. Hopefully someone else will do it though.

Fab, will get clicking...I really need to come off the computer for now though, sitting on it for a week instead of getting money sorted and house cleared probably isn't the best use of my holiday :o although once I get round to the ritual of daily clicks as well as competitions I kinda have to be here...oh well!

I have Hamsterz 2 for my DS (how cool am I?!) and that's all in the way of pets. When we've got some more money and space I would love to get a pygmy hedgehog or some gerbils though!
