Ruddy-Nora Wendz! That's a little bonkers. (house prices I mean!) Feel sorry for you rushed off your feet, me and the girl I work with are majorly lagging in the office - we're already in the holiday mood! Only 2 days of work for me now until Jan 4th. I'm excited to say the least :D

Flower - Hope the payment clears soon, I know it's already paid but it makes it a little more real once that balance reads 0!

So tete I hear your not exactly delighted with my countrys postal system eh? Where were you trying to send the parcel to? If it was the midlands, they have a tendency to decide to be there or not and no form of postcode will save you then.

    Hi Nim!

Been up since 5:30 this morning - I don't like being the early bird on this thread. It's so ronely *wipes tear* My bank balance is confusing me though! Waiting on a £20 refund from Littlewoods from an order (so annoying how they take the full balance off you, then refund the discounts. Urgh!) and £25 from BB, but none of it is showing. Will have a look at it again later after a coffee me thinks.

Dinah - Any luck on adult ballet classes yet? Or getting tickets for the ballet?

No luck on the tickets yet. I have found two places in Stockton near me that do Adult beginners ballet, but I'm a bit of a wuss to go! My mum used to be a good dancer a long time ago, wondering if I'd be able to convince her as part of her new year get fit programme!?!

If I lived near you I'd come with, I'd love to do ballet in hope it would give me some kind of grace! :o I'm sure you'd be able to convince your Mum to go though, even if you just go for a laugh at first.

Server has been down at work this morning, talking a little break from catching up. But it's snowed here! For a good 5 minutes but none of it has settled :(

I'm emailed her suggesting we do 'some kind of fitness thing' together, she'll like the idea of mother daughter bonding I think, then we'll just have to see what we can both agree on! I think doing something together is the only way I'll be good and actually do some exercise.

Going out at lunchtime to get the last bits for Christmas pressies, and its snowy so feels properly Christmassy. Have also made my over Christmas list, a mix of creative things and money making things.

I'm actually suprised the bank accounts/credit card isn't looking less healthy, there has to be about £400 lurking ready to hit somewhere! I get paid again on Monday, at the moment we have £520 left in the current/bills account which can go towards debt clearance. CC balance is £420 (we've been spending on that this month instead of using real money), so we could clear that. Just depends on if any bills come out between now and Monday, and how much NIM spends when he goes Christmas shopping with mum on Saturday.

Sounds like things are just about even moneywise, though I wouldn't stress it too much over Christmas as everyone either slips into a little debt or is low on money.

It's brightened up here now, no more snow! Does feel Christmassy now though :snow_grin

Has anyone else ordered the £13.49 smoothie maker from this weeks email btw?? I used the last of my vouchers on it and got one last night :o My sister works for Boost Juice though and says she'll scribble down some base smoothies for me which saved on a recipe book.
