I have a cereal bar and an apple or banana. I never have time to eat at home so I just throw them in my bag and eat them when I get to work. Plus its under 150 cals so good start to the diet day.
You know you can freeze cake Birdie? Could have frozen the last few bits for using later. Might come in handy in the future?Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Well done Poddle! I forgot to weigh in too, I haven't been doing very well though. I don't eat breakfast - I know everyone says it's the most important meal of the day, gets your metabolism going, blah blah BLAH, but I'm always just as hungry mid-morning whether I've eaten or not so I figure I save some calories this way
Project 365 is a thing on Flickr Wendz where you upload a picture every day for a year and it sort of documents your life.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Thanks Tete - it was just so busy and yet relaxing at the same time! I will probably crash at about 4pm

Lol I think she means popped out ie gotten bigger.
There is a girl at work, she just hit 12 weeks, and its a really noticable bump - considering its still the size of a peanut or other small food item, I find that really odd!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

They always do that with babies though don't they. One day its a peanut, then its a satsuma, then its a melon!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Think it varies from person to person. My friend had a huge bump and she is tiny. She walks everywhere too and does yoga. Another friend was tiny and she did no exercise!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

There's still half a cake left! I'll have to freeze some of it, you're right! The mixture makes *loads* but I can't really cut it down because you have to use a tin of pumpkin and what am I going to do with half a tin of pumpkin mush? Apparently it goes a bit funny if you freeze it and I don't really want to risk it!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0
