Yep my payday is the 25th, I'm confused when NIMs is now to be honest its gone from the last day of the month to the 5th working day before the end of the month or something bamboozling.

I'd be really interested to track your project 365. I'd love to do something like that but I'm thinking I might do it in 2011 since next year is looking pretty busy!

    Ugh, bankers.

Can I weigh in please? :) Another 1lb off which means 3.5lb in 3 weeks so y'know, it's not amazing, but it's steady! (Dinah, when you update the chart, can you amend it as i only lost 1 last week, not 1.5...)

I'm looking forward to having a new challenge in 2010 - not sure what it will be yet, but I'd definitely like to set a date for busting through the £10k mark :j

Well done Poddle! Currently in the lead of all the dieters! I forgot to weigh in this morning so that'll have to be the job for tomorrow morning

    Thinking to 2010....

Cinnys Amazon Voucher Challenge: Bronze £350 Silver £500 Gold £1000. Current tally:
30 before I'm 30 challenge: Bronze 3 completed, Silver 6 Completed, Gold 10 completed Current tally:
Wedding Challenge: Bronze wedding on under £12,500, silver wedding on under 10,500, gold wedding on under 8,500 (all excluding honeymoon) Current tally:
Extra income in 2010: Bronze £2000, Silver £3000, Gold, £4000 Current tally:
Etsy items sold: Bronze 5, Silver 20, Gold 50 Current tally:

(profit/loss made on Etsy current tally £0)

So this is what I think will be my 2010 challenges. The profit/loss on etsy is just for me to do a yearly budget marking in all things I buy, sale prices, tax paid, etsy/paypal fees paid and so on, to see how much I'm actually making if I manage to actually sell things!

I've excluded the honeymoon from the wedding challenge as that has the power to completely alter the budget, we could do it on £1000, or we could do it on £10,000 so as a hugely variable item I've removed it.

Thought I'd found a way to cut the wedding budget this morning, M & S have started doing chocolate wedding cakes for £199. So that was about half the price of the cake decorators we've seen. Then I noticed I've only budgetted £100! So thats me making it myself then. Still no word from NIM about a penguin cake....

I suppose I'll weigh in too... 1lb back on

I blame it on the pumpkin cake I made at the weekend! I *may* have had 3 slices yesterday... I thought it was good for you, surely pumpkin counts towards your 5-a-day?

I got my Christmas present from OH last night but he's saying I have to wait until Christmas day to get it! Boo! It's a Wii! I want to play now! We got a really good deal: the Wii with Wii Sports, Wii Sports Resort and Mario Kart (with the wheel controller thingy) for £145! One of the office women has a 2nd job in a Shop and got it for us with her discount, it helps to have friends in high places! :T

oooh nice pressie, we want one of those! Think Amazon vouchers next year might be diverted for one after we get the house.

Birdie I love you, but you're a disaster at this diet thing! It might count as far as vitamins go but being part of the 5 a day doesn't mean its 0 calories!

I'm expecting a STS or gain this week, as its TOTM again. Of the Zig, Swinstie and Birdie are all yet to get off the starting blocks on the challenge, although happily no one is standing at a gain on their starting weight yet (or just not dared to post it!).

Humph... alright Miss Know-it-all! I know it's bad really because I saw how much sugar went in- lots! It's scrummy though! In my defence they were very skinny slices. I brought some into work to share out with the office girls and boy so had a slice with my morning coffee, then OH brought some in at lunch and he was so pleased at being nice that I *had* to eat it and the 3rd was after my dinner, it was left over from what I had brought to work as one of the ladies is doing Slimming World and didn't want any and it would have gone to waste it I hadn't had it!

What do you ladies eat for breakfast? I'm struggling to find a good, filling, diet friendly breakfast that isn't a yoghurt because they are icky!
