Grrrr just walked into town in the cold to get NIM some graph paper, and they don't stock it! She looked at me like I'd asked for crack covered dancing girls.

    Hi girls (and boys)!

Dinah, I love the penguin cake! It's brilliant! I also love your Etsy shop and name. I think starting a craft shop small with aprons etc is a good idea - if you think of it as training/practice then anything you sell will be a bonus, and you'll have a ready made stash of pressies too...

Hope everything went as well as expected today, Wendz - I think you did all you can by being there to show support.

Sorry to hear things have been a bit tough for you, Tink :( nice to see you back!

Good luck on the Bingoport Poolie, and I bet you're pleased to have Mrs Poolie back in the UK!

Okay start considering I'm at work and have to do some of that!

NIM and I have decided against a wedding video as the vicar made it clear how intrusive most couples found it. And we'd rather enjoy the actual day than have a video of us looking nervous to look back on! So thats another £500 saved from the budget.

Poddle - Yeah it is nice to have her back.

Dinah - Wedding Video - Since this is saved from the budget your % might be nearer 50%! Whooo

Mrs Poolie had her friend try and take a video but they forgot to charge the camcorder. It was not a hassle since we were only having a small wedding.
  • I've gone a bit further with my to-do list today and actually timetabled it so that the sitty downy type tasks are during Corrie :o I've also only given myself and hour and a half to do my BP, packaging up of parcels and ALL the under-bed sorting! Gulp.

I've got BP down to a strict 12 mins per account now, super efficient! I'm nearly at redeem again on mine, and NIMs redeemed a few days ago, so hoping for 2 £5 this Thursday one each.

  • I couldn't see Poolie's thread but couldn't remember which forum it was in either...?

Yes I fancied a Christmas pic but it turns out Janice wasn't in Muppets' Christmas Carol very much and this was the best pic I could find :o She looks very Victorian :)
