    Hows the weightloss target going??

I was only thinking yesterday, this blog might be a success but only if nobody asks how the weightloss target is going...:rotfl:

Ah well, now you've asked, it's not going great to be honest. Now weigh more than I've ever done which is not good and with a kind of holiday coming up where I'll be in a swimming pool more than likely, I could do with shifting a [STRIKE]pound[/STRIKE] stone or five.

I dug out my old blender yesterday and bought some fresh fruit to make myself some smoothies - when I get into the habit of a bowl of cereal and a smoothie like I used to, I'll be all right I think. I'd say I really need to lose about seven stone in total and yakking about it won't shift a pound, will it? :o

The holiday is actually a three day under-10's football tour to Bude taking in a match and a tournament as well but based at a holiday park, there will be opportunities for swimming and other stuff.

We leave on Friday 29th April and return on Monday May 2nd (my birthday on the Sunday) so it's about five weeks away now, enough time to lose a stone at least, I'd say. Sadly I've put on a couple of stone in the past few months so anything now lost won't even get me back to my Christmas weight.

Sat here shattered and ready to go to bed already....;)

Early morning courier run for next three days then after some more article writing, headed off for school to collect boys for their football tournament. One win, one draw and four defeats later, went back home for tea then off out for football training this evening. Boys will sleep well tonight as will I.

Spent £7 for some shopping in Somerfield and Tesco's, that was all.

Tomorrow I'm working at the football club then off to (try to) visit my older two children in Dorset before returning home at 11pm.

Just got back from another long day today.

Diet went to pot due to undue levels of stress :p and so did the careful financial planning spending £9 on tea and £3 on lunch in addition to coughing up £25 on diesel as well.

Worked hard today writing a couple of website stories and interviewed two players as well, my favourite bit of the job to be honest. Days like today that I wish the kids could be here with me but never mind...

Visited oldest two children tonight though DS1 was out at the cinema with friends and DD1 wasn't 100% well.

Tomorrow... early morning courier job, shopping, website articles plus sort out the insurance settlement on the car. They've issued the payment but deducted the £250 excess so I'm now that amount short for the next car...

Yesterday was another long day starting at 6am and finishing at midnight.

Early morning courier run then popped into Asda for a few bits (£7) before going home. Worked on my website for a couple of hours before nipping into town and picking up a new match report book (£1) and lunch (£2)...:o

Picked up boys from school and fed them before we went, in the evening, to watch the under-18 schools international between England and Wales which the young lions won 1-0...:j. Dropped a friend home afterwards and us three got back at 11.30pm...

Today is hopefully going to be a duvet day watching cricket and football. My team are away in London, money's a bit tight, it's a 1.00pm kick off and there's a TUC march in the capital today so probably would get caught up in that as well. We've got two games next week to go to plus the boys are playing in three more so no shortage of football again next week...:D

Only other spend was £2 on a programme at football.

Very quiet day today, almost a duvet day after getting back from the football so late last night.

Team won 5-1 today which makes me happy and sad at the same time having missed the chance to go. I could probably have made it but couldn't risk not being paid so gave it a miss! Grrr...

Other than that not much really, a quiet day. Tomorrow, the boys have a football match t'other side of the city and they'll go back at 5pm but not much else planned.

Boys won their football match 7-4 today which keeps us in fifth place in the league. Came home at dinnertime only to find that there was a power cut so we had no electric for two hours...

Took boys home at 5pm and have just been catching up since then really with proof reading programmes etc.

Treated ourselves to a cheese burger each at the football (£7) and put £20 of diesel in the tank today.

Seem to have achieved quite a lot today as wasn't going anywhere and caught up with a load of stuff. Still more to do tomorrow but I've hit a chunk out of it.

Toilet was fixed today; the cistern had been leaking on and off which is worse than leaking all the time - just as you think it's okay, out came the water again...:rotfl:

Had to go into bank today to sign forms for opening a bank account for my under-10's football team. Got lunch (£3) while I was in there too. Since then, I've been indoors pretty much all day working on website articles and programme articles and have caught right up. The football team play six home games by April 30th which means I have to produce between 25 and 30 stories.

Did the early morning courier work as usual this morning and now have Tuesday and Wednesday off before returning on Thursday and Friday. Tomorrow I should get completely straight paperwork wise (I know, I always say that!) then there's a match in the evening which will mean a late finish getting home around midnight.

Another win by the mighty green and whites last night, 1-0, meaning we only really need one more win now to make it through to another season in League One.

Wasn't all happiness last night though. Rung the boys at 7pm to say goodnight (they don't come to evening matches in school term time) and their sister aged 14 answered. She said that her mum had been in bed all afternoon and the school rung to get her to pick up the kids, she answered then rolled over and went back to sleep. Her daughter then ran down to school to get them and she had to make their tea, get them ready fo cubs, bathe them and put them to bed.

My money is on her being drunk but last night at midnight, she rang and said she had a migraine...... Not sure at all that I buy that.

Spends yesterday were minimal. Putting small amounts of diesel in each day as the car will go back to the insurance company very shortly so £8 went in yesterday.
