Do not use 02 if your exchange is not an 02 LLU enabled one, their standard service has terrible reports.
Indeed, and to be fair to O2 the terrible service is due to the people supplying it: BT.
O2/Be, Tiscali, TalkTalk, Orange etc LLU is good because BT aren't involved (although again to be fair BT has to serve more people as they are forced to via OpenReach).
I think BT are slowly sorting things though and we'll have the 21CN along shortly. I would never go back to non-LLU unless there'd been a miracle locally or it was free or I had no choice. Lots of good competition at my exchange and BT looks very poor.0
