Jinky I've got a stick one it's a Braun 600W before that I had a Phillips which lasted about 15 years. I love mine. It lives on the wall I use it in pans for soup, jugs for angel delight/cream (it has a whisk attachment) and with the little chopping bowl for crushing seeds and making breadcrumbs.

Collected DS1 from golf and dropped as a ref meeting and have left DS2 up there watching football and the tv.

DH is home so he is putting DS3 to bed.

Really tired now but need to get a few bits sorted out for tomorrow as we will be out most of the day.

DH PASSED HIS ASSESSMENT yesterday so thank you for all your support, just got to wait for confirmation that the HPC are happy to continue his registration.

YAAAAAYYYY! :j:j:j You must all be so relieved! How is he?

    Big hugs Frodders

Pigpen and Mudbath glad things are looking up in both your houses

Sorry to hear that Soappie, it sounds a bit unfair to say the least

Sunnygirl, glad you had such a nice time at Chatsworth, sounds lovely!

What ever happened to the other SunnyGirl?

Ishtar hope you are better soon and the baby too

Hugs to all who are poorly or feeling down

I've not done anything today, it's actually really hard to sit around and not do anything - I keep thinking of thing that need to be done, but just not up to it. Did the laundry tho. DH came home from work and washed up and cooked the most delicious stirfry I've ever had in my life. He's gone out now and I'm watching Midsomer - it's a new one, yay!

While I've been lazing about, I've looked for jobs for DH and got an application form for a Homechoice scheme in our neighbouring area. And done an online shop.

Feel a bit miserable to be honest and completely drained. Got that funny disconnected feeling, and can't concentrate on anything

    Thank you Boddy....you're a total star!!!!!!:A:D

Flying bit.....erm, well, erm....I got the children to clear the table after dinner. DD made cakes and iced them...very tasty. She then tidied the kitchen! She's suddenly really started enjoying baking so that's going to make getting her a few extra 'bits' for Christmas really easy!

I'm going to declutter a glass of wine now...it's been in the fridge since Saturday though so i'm not sure it'll be very nice!

    Hugs to all xxx
