Soappie, are you ok today? Hugs, hope the BD is leaving you alone

Yes I'm fine - well I was. The BD is at the bottom of the garden again but I've noticed that, due to a particular online local news story I'm getting personally slated though the story is nothing to do with me! ~sigh~ It seems people want to blame me for it though when actually it's a point of law. Never mind. I'll just have to keep a wary eye out for vandalism again in the next couple of days....

Kaz - that's top news about DH
Piggers - that's top news about the credits

Right, off to do the stars and then S&S ready for the meeting here at 4pm

Tomorrow I am running a revision day for our yr 11 pupils who are taking their English GCSE in November and in a very mad moment I promised them pizza at lunch time. Then one asked me if I could also make them some cakes, and I agreed!!!!.
:T:T:T I hope they appreciate the day and the food

I went to I**a yesterday dusty - with DS2, DD and her friend. We had to be very careful what we bought, as I only drive a Micra! I bought storage boxes for the shelf unit in the living room, two tops for the wheeled baskets in the boys' wardrobe, an extra basket-drawer for our wardrobe, a replacement dinner plate, and also the matching large deep bowls (great for pasta). It's a mistake to try and do Primark as well in the same trip :D I'm shattered today.

I'm exhausted too! I had to go to Edmonton rather than Wembly which is a much tougher drive for me although only about 20 minutes more. Kids had the 99p breakfast. Got most of what we needed, although I think I've mucked up on the shelf unit - will have to see what DH says later. So hoping the flat pack chest of drawers are ok. I was disappointed with the christmas stuff this year.

    DH PASSED HIS ASSESSMENT yesterday

So pleased for you both - happy, calmer days ahead

Fedup - how much is the M&S Cava?

Hex - I'd ask the teacher why they are doing that? They may think that the joining will help with where he is starting ending the letters but often joining can make their writing worse to begin with - Valli will know more.

    Soappie and Frodders
    hugs to you both

The dry washing is folded and put away, the two throws are still a bit damp so they are hanging over the banisters. I've cut the back grass which was looking a bit shaggy.

    Good news Kazm :)

You sound more positive today Pigpen :)

    Hugs to you soappie xx

Kazwookie - I hadn't seen the lego offer....it looks really good. Think i'll go and try and buy a mirror now though i'll have to send off for them as we don't have any of the shops nearby. Still a lot of lego for £8.99 though. Just hope I can get enough tokens to send off! Thanks for pointing it out xx

Flying bit - dd is baking so she's going to s/s the kitchen as it was tidy! I'm going to pop to the shops to get a paper and then s/s the car xx
