It is sickening isn' t it Marshallka little ol us can put 2 and 2 together and come up wit 4 but these companies just get away with it.

  • Maybe this could be one of Martin's new campaigns getting justice for everyone who has been ripped off by Loancheck etc.

I doubt that he would really get involved with this one Natalie unless they were "found" to be guilty. He made a disclaimer on the PPI reclaiming guide since removing Loancheck as a reputable firm.

I was wary of the company from day one maxdp and made quite a few enemies on here by citing my views. I hope if they have acted out of sorts that they do not get away with it and that means "everyone" involved including "recruiters" if they knew of what they were doing.

I feel sorry for the people that have been misled from this site and not got anywhere though. This site was never a place to run a business from was it and that was my main gripe. If everyone was allowed to run business's from here then fine, but why should one be allowed and others not. Fair is fair AND also I do object to the "won't payers" too that are "told they have a claim" and there are plenty of them. If you a genuine reason to be reclaiming all the loan back then fair enough but a company like Loancheck was only ever going to attract the wrong sorts of claimers. I understand that is my own view and I respect the views of others too.

I know that plenty of CMC's came on site and only "loancheck" was promoted from the regulars and others were soon shoved off. I know that it was said that Loancheck did not take a fee for their work but regardless of that, they should not have been running from here. Fee or no fee, if people want to use a CMC then they should google for one. At one time I thought this site should have been called the loancheck reclaiming forum.

Lets hope that Loancheck is all above board though maxdp and everyone gets their claims dealt with. We do not know as yet why they went bust though do we? I am sure we will find out. If they acted legitimately then I am sure Martin will add them back to the guide. Whilst there is this thread I am sure he will not. Seems lots have stopped promoting them though since then. Just glad that people came forward for others to become aware.

Well looking up on Companies House

    Shrewsbury
    Shropshire

Every reference seems to have been taken off the internet. hmmmmm

Still trading as in companies house but their website is down isn't it? All reference has been taken from their website cause the website needs the loancheck software to work doesn't it and this has been the argument? Has it not been paid for perhaps? Someone posted they not think it had not? It was Thomas123 here
Allegedley they never got paid by Loancheck for this work and have subsequently closed Loancheck's sites down.

I assume that there must be investigations going on between Loancheck and their investors etc and administrators perhaps. I am sure if they are totally without blame for any of this mess they will have it up and running in a jiffy.

i don't know if this will shine any light but my solicitor told me that he had to take out a loan from barclays bank to pay loancheck for all the audit fees, so loancheck obviously had all their money, they must have raked it in!!!!!!!!!!!!

when peter first started to help me with this process he tried to do it firstly with his company protected investments, then he said it would be better if we did it through his new company feather finance and then finally he said he was still having teething problems with his new company so should do it through loancheck, i should have smelt a rat then!!!!!! but like an idiot continued firmly believing he was being genuine, he probably worked for loanceheck also so would have been paid something or was he on a commission based fee????

i'm intrigued as to why he has not come on here to defend his actions or is it that he knows its all so wrong so can't defend them.

One of several started in the bolton area.

Google Fair return who are introducers to Feather Finance.

Nothing to do with Loancheck though are they? MOJ regulated and also on companies house with no name changes so maybe it was a firm that Petermb knew of and was thinking of passing the complaint on to.
