Help! My meat smells like wet dog??!

I found that some things started to smell weird and often really nasty when I started taking Metformin.

The dark coloring is because the meat won't have been dyed which often done to make meet more appealing. Its also because of the blood settling. Its this settle blood that can cause the smell. I find rinsing it off, drying and then cooking well sorts the problem out.

I also find the smell of pork when its cooked nauseous, i recently tried pork the slow cooked way.... lovely and tender fell apart but the smell!!!
