Like a lot of people on the internet, he could just be a 15 year old having a strange old time on his Mum's computer. I don't think he is, but he could be.

I'm actually an 84 year old woman called Doris.

cleaver - it was quite amusing when i spotted Brit's different charachters on the internet...

the same threads that he starts on here with the big red font appear on various other sites. i once googled the same post on here and it appeared on about 4 different sites. HPC.co.uk, priced.out.co.uk and a couple of others.

he's not the only poster from here that does this - there are a couple of others in this HPC cult that are so desperate to convince people not to buy property that they spend vast amounts of time posting on different sites.

Great article by a bull perhaps:rolleyes:

You really are a strange little man....

How can a projected long term decline in UK hpouse prices be considered "bullish"?

    Indeed.

Are they realy so stupid as to believe that they can make a difference in a UK housing market currently between 60,000 to 75,000 sales a month?

The few hundred regular posters on here and hpc and pricedout are wholly insignificant in the big picture.

Great for entertainment, but meaningless in terms of impacting house prices.:D

    The recession impacted your business.

And you are unlucky enough to own property in the wrong area.
