Like a lot of people on the internet, he could just be a 15 year old having a strange old time on his Mum's computer. I don't think he is, but he could be.
I'm actually an 84 year old woman called Doris.
cleaver - it was quite amusing when i spotted Brit's different charachters on the internet...
the same threads that he starts on here with the big red font appear on various other sites. i once googled the same post on here and it appeared on about 4 different sites. HPC.co.uk, priced.out.co.uk and a couple of others.
he's not the only poster from here that does this - there are a couple of others in this HPC cult that are so desperate to convince people not to buy property that they spend vast amounts of time posting on different sites.0 -
Great article by a bull perhaps:rolleyes:
You really are a strange little man....
How can a projected long term decline in UK hpouse prices be considered "bullish"?

Indeed.
Are they realy so stupid as to believe that they can make a difference in a UK housing market currently between 60,000 to 75,000 sales a month?
The few hundred regular posters on here and hpc and pricedout are wholly insignificant in the big picture.
Great for entertainment, but meaningless in terms of impacting house prices.:D“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
