Just to answer a question you didn't ask me, it's not that important and I'm sure a few people just post randomly on forums with made up points of views / backgrounds just for entertainment.

I think one of the cool parts of this forum is that there seems to be a lot of genuine people who, in my eyes, come accross as very 'real' and with personality, so I find their point of view interesting.

I agree, some come across as real even when they change ID, I can think of at least two in particular icon7.gif

    You?

    Saying I'm special?

After playing cross out the poster?

Then changing the little letters around to make weird?

    Jesus wept.

He's going to find it really hard to understand that carol has now thanked your post too, then. :D

For rewired and me to be the same person, we'd need a lot more than 24 hours in the day.

I love rewired, I think s/he's fab. Even though I know nothing about him/her as they are too modest to post.

But I admit I'm just not in the same league when it comes to thanking. (a) I'm pickier, and (b) I just don't get round to reading 9/10 of the threads, let alone thanking them.

You can tell if I've read a thread, as I rarely read without commenting, unless another poster has voiced my opinion so elegantly and perfectly I feel I couldn't better it. Or unless the subject under discussion is so dull, I just can't be bothered.

Is Hamish still banging on about HOUSE PRICES RISING!!!! then? And me?

How exciting. Miss a week, come back, and...nothing has changed. :)

    Kind of reassuring.

Here's a few facts as I see them. Please dismiss as me being a troll, or wind up merchant - whatever.

    All IMO of course.

    1. Brit posts from the heart - is a 'genuine' poster.
    2. Rewired thanks in order to undermine the genuine thanks that bear posters receive. As a 'target' of rewired I know the pattern of his / her thanking very well. He / she has a great deal of time to be logged in almost constantly, ready to read every thread / post and do the thanking thing. Starnge behaviour, but go to admire the dogged effort and clear importance the sad loser attaches to their 'job'.
    3. Carolt is not rewired. Absolutely not. Definitely not.
    4. The point of attempting to undermine Brit, Carolt, my postings is to rubbish the message by attacking the poster. We all do it from time to time - its easier than engaging the argument.

Nope, you lost me on point 2.

    Agree with the others, obviously.

To know this don't you have to be Carolt or rewired?;) I thought rewired was called Laura. Or was that rewired2?

But I don't go elsewhere? Therefore on here he posts as Brit, a bearish poster, with links and views on subjects I find interesting and thought provoking. What paranoid searching of other forums has to do with it I don't care.

If someone on here has one ID and posts some sense then that is good enough for me.
