Oh barclaycard are claiming that all their records are held on microfiche, ( over 2 years old they reckon) Many on CAG reckon they are stalling. Personally I cant fathom why on earth a company like barclaycard is using such outmoded data storage and the more I think of it the more b*****s it sounds. So they are wanting to charge me £3 a page, illegal I think.

So looks like I have to refer it to the information commissioner.

    Not good enough

So OH is printing off the other letter giving them 12 days to give me the rest of my statements. ill send that tomorrow. Might have to take them to court over it hmmm wonder if I can get compensation for them decieving me and refusing to give me my data? ;)

Just paid another fiver off my b/card for another pack of the free fags. Smoking fairly ferociously, but my debts going down, its a good thing right :j

This kind of thing sometimes happens to me. I think we are all so anxious to save every penny that sometimes it costs us money. I got charged £60 by the bank a couple of weeks ago because I had paid too much money off the ccs. I've written to them twice asking for a goodwill refund but so far no response. It is so frustrating.
