Just read through most of your post and I'm really impressed. Big hugs to you.

I see you have applied for DLA so good luck with the appeal. I may be stating the obvious (oh yet again) but have you put in a claim for Incapacity Benefit for when your pay ends? You should qualify for it even if you're still employed by your company because you are not receiving any pay any more.

Welfare Rights should be able to put you right. Another thought is working Tax Credit, you'd qualify for the diasbility element if your receiving Incap which would increase the amount you and your OH are allowed to earn and still be entitled. I'm not sure but it might be worth speaking to welfare rights about this as well, don't trust the online calculator for Tax Credits as its very black and white and does not take into account the fact that you're no longer earning and are off sick.

well today was the day of my colposcopy, and after all this waiting, I havent been able to go for it, due to natures little appearance :wall:

Sometimes I think I will never get better aaaargh

Im going ot use this time to finally sort out the spare room, and get it looking perfect. Aaargh

i need to get a form to do the DLA appeal from the job centre, the CAB or social security office. the nearest place is the CAB but they are only open mornings, I bet ill have missed them

I called the hospital, they have said the next available is the 1st November. But im going to call each weds morning to see if theres been any cancellations.

This is so annoying but I am trying my damndest not to let this bother me too greatly .. deep breaths, deep breath...
