Hiya just having a catch up with you and it sounds like you're better off without your lodger. It should make the move easier too. Hope you have a good rest of your week. Take care xx

    She sounds very intolerant.

After I had mistakenly left some half chewed gum entirely in error on the bathroom sink, the lodger left some rather vicious notes in the bathroom and after a long discussion OH and I have decided that she should move out asap.

    How dare she

If she was my lodger, I'd be leaving all sorts of minging items around the house, just to annoy her all the more :rotfl:

Maybe it's just as well we don't have a spare room :j

    thanks gang :T
I knew I could rely on you lot to make me feel a bit better :o

Well, I can admit my errors you know, but I would have preferred an open discussion than the regressive notes round the sink :o

    ANYWAY
    Onto more positive things

I have spoken with the housing association, they tell me i can sell the flat on the open market :j Great news as this means that the flat will be sold at market value :D Which is good news  On the downer of course we will have to stump for EA fees, but will be negotiating MSE style ;)

UNfortunately, we are going to have to borrow a bit of money back from the folks. Ive ran it by them they are fine with it, plus its at the best APR - 0% !! So sad we are going to have to rack the debt up again to house doctor, but the plus side is that we can sell everything off afterwards and instead of bleeding the money we get back it will go direct to the parents, so its a temporary thing only. I am sad about this really, feel a bit thwarted, but needs must. :o

Now anyone want to move in to my spare room :rotfl:
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

I believe you can rent stuff for the purposes of "House Doctoring". Though don't ask me where...
