Hi Lynz,
Sorry to hear about the post-it notes...I thought all was fine and dandy with your lodger?
It kind of reminds me of my old flat mate. I'd not done my washing up and had left it before going out...when I returned it had been put in my bedroom!
It's much easier not to share. However, will this not all blow over? It seems a shame to me, especially as it was such a great help to you financially. Can you not stick it out a bit longer until you've at least paid for the sofas?
Here's a virtual cup of tea my love :coffee:0 -
Hey Lynz,
Just having an MSE catch-up night and catching up with your news.
Bad news on the lodger but I guess its good news in the end as it means that its all systems go on the house selling front.
How are you feeling these days?
Thinking of you and I love hearing your news.

Hi Lynz!
I haven't posted lately on your thread (or maybe at all) but I like to read it and catch up with your news, see how you're getting on.
Sorry to hear about the whole lodger thing, you will probably be better off without, despite the money! Leaving notes after one incident like that is definitely not on  Do I remember correctly you knew her before she moved in? Funny how living with someone can reveal things you never knew!
Will keep reading and try to post more often

Scottish spendaholic- been wondering about your whereabouts.
Well not a great day today, as it looks as though I might have to resign due to sickness.
I posted another thread here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=226554 about the general state of affairs.
Also belated thanks to Emmzi, you are a treasure ( and I know how you feel job wise- what a stuffer eh)
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

eek, forget the last post then.
You just need a minion to stand there with a huge palm leaf fanning cold air all day then (and another one to peel the grapes) :rotfl:The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0
