    Hi Lynz,
Hope you're feeling better now. You're so strong and positive usually, but no one can be that way 100% of the time. I'm sure you'll be back on form soon.

    Lots of hugs to you.

Sorry to see you're feeling so cack....from reading back a few pages (& "looking in" from outside) notice a few things which may explain why (1) You have been doing an awful lot and not having much chill time (2) Having visited London yesterday (hot, smelly & generally quite stressy) would def recc a fan...no sleep is enough to make anyone miserable! Those stand up ones on a timer are about £25 and you can switch on/off in night so not on all the time...sleep is essential...(3) You're off sick but seem to be going non-stop. Body needs rest to heal....no rest = body struggling with itself to get better = you feel cack....give yourself a break & chill! As someone else said, take time to relax in the garden, sleep and make the best of time off! Big hugs, hope you feel better soon!

It's not every day we can knock something off our debt totals, or pay off a card, you've cleared £2k off your debt already, that's brilliant. You're doing fine, and I'm sorry that you don't feel well. Get some rest, and a cuppa, and watch something mindless on TV. I recommend Red Dwarf, or League of Gentlemen. That way you can sit back and think to yourself 'I may be in debt, and feel rubbish, but at least I'm not a small incestuous pig-nosed creature with a face like a bag of spanners.' Works for me. But I'm easily pleased.
This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!

thank you all for your kind thoughts.

Ive had a good cry ( big thanks to you know who you are)
    and a nice hug

    feel a bit more positve

the thing is, stopping with the debt & watching telly, just makes me feel enen more useless and low, so that isnt really an option. Besides, theres only so many times you can watch cash in the attic without screaming at the box going "I wish I had that to flog" without the neighbours calling the police & social services

Makes me wish I had sky ( joke)

and Ive done all my dvd tarting now so I dont even have films to waste time watching :)

Oh Lynz, so sorry to hear you're feeling down.

All the talk of the carribbean has made me want to go there! I think the weather is quite oppressive- despite all the rain (and why can't we cope with rain?? Woolwich closed off on way home due to lakes in the road, various small ponds I had to go through, even in Catford!!). That maybe adds to the general blurghhh?

I hope that you feel more postive over the next few days - perhaps visit some friends and borrow some of their dvds?
