aaaaawww i just got a present... box of chocs and a bottle of wine from an engineer at work. He missed his flight the other day and i got him sorted out on another flight and home the same day.... poor man was mortified, and brought me in wine/chocs in a nice gift bag to say thanks for sorting him out.
