Wouldn't that be a bit pointless? You're just going to get a big bill from Virgin for early termination and no faster speed from O2.No free lunch, and no free laptop

the only reason i went with virgin was they assured me off getting 14-16mb broadband which they havent so its not right i pay £25 month for a service which i can pay £10 a month and get the same speeds.0

We have already explained that it's not possible to get those speeds on a Virgin ADSL line, only a Virgin cable line. So you would need to demonstrate to Virgin that you were mis-sold in order to terminate your contract without penalty.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
