Thought they had all closed down but if not your very lucky was a great shop.
I thought the plates were good value too for only a few pennies more than the cake boards. can always use them afterwards for candles or something .Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20

I made this red cake the red cake ribbon in the photo is lighter than in real life its darker to match the charger I got from B and M yesterday the candle was out of B & M too
I folded the square cake neatly and put ribbon round it... realised I probably need to put double sided tape all the way round as it does not sit as neat as it usually does with the round cakes.I am determined to lose weight!:kisses3:

Morning Irishgirl
Love the cakes, especially the red one - is that a little candle on top with a shade of some sort? That's really lovely, where did that come from?
I tried a square cake this morning, but wasn't happy with it, especially when it came to moving it and had the same problem with the ribbon.
I made these ones this morning, now don't laugh please! lol
The first one is a Winter Night luxury cake (or meant to be, thought the fringes would be nice?) made from two bath towels, a luxury chenille glittery throw on top, some scented tea lights,1 x pair of mules, and a pair of ladies socks wrapped in the cracker on top, but I think I might need something else on top.
Then I did just a little Xmas cake for a wannabe hairdresser:
And I did another black and white one with a black and white scarf wrapped around a bath towel, instead of ribbon and again added some sock and glove crackers on top:
And the last one is just a little cake with a candle in it and I might add some little choccies or some hot chocolate later:0 -
