Towel Cakes

Hello Everyone

Thought I'd start a thread for towel cakes, as opposed to Nappy Cakes, just to keep them separate?? Hope that was ok to do that??

After I made the big one for the 40th birthday last week, the same lady asked me if I'd be willing to make about 6 for around £10 mark so she could give them as Xmas pressies. She asked for something made with a hand towel and a candle, but these ones are made with bath towels, what do you think?

The little snowmen on the last two cakes actually light up!

    Thank you Rusty

I like that one best too, and the purple one - lol.

The little snowmen are so cute when they're lit up too!

I need to do some more tonight but just wanted another opinion before I carried on with any more.

    Thanks again, it's much appreciated.

    Hi Irishgirl, thankyou!

I got the beads from The Range, it was among their Xmas deccies.

No, she wants to pay about £10 per cake! lol - do you think there's enough on them for that amount? Some are made using bath towel and some are used using a bath sheet?
