wow you have all been busy here's my one from yesterday not sure i like it though. Going to change the board for a charger i think. Think maybe it needs something else. It has 5 red or red and white t towels . A kitchen roll with a black apron wrapped around it, 3 red silicone spatulas, red silicone cake cases , a tub of sugar strands 4 glass coasters and a jamie oliver dvd

Craftygranny love ur cake! I think the black charger that you bought would be really nice with this cake, but I found the price label really hard to get off the charger!

Oh thanks Irishgirl, that's really useful, I've found one not so far away, so will pop in and pay them a visit.

    Lovely cake, Craftgranny!

I would like to make a towel cake. I have followed this thread and the nappy cake thread, but now its come to make one ive a few questions...
    - generally whats inside the cake?
is it for ex the hand towel rolled then rolled again in the bath towel?

how do i slot 'goodies' inside the cake if so?

also, is the ribbon for wrapping- flowistry ribbon?
    thanks

I have not done any lately but did make this
cake for a wedding we went to earlier this
    year

    click on pics to enlarge

    th_11-1.jpg

when I did this I could not find a
    reasonably priced cake board anywhere
in the run up to Christmas you can get
them and afterwards when they are reduced
in the sales,so if you have cakes to make
next year, its worth stock piling a few.

I used a couple of large paper plates stuck
together from the 99p shop on this
