    Hi SallyD

You could make a cake from the towels you have and use kitchen utensils or similar for your ingredients.

If you google, new home cake, you'll see several pictures of ones that have been made, these might give you an idea.

    Hope this helps.

QUOTE=SallyD;33995279]I have a dozen tea towels to be given as a "token" gift, I would like to do something with them rather than just wrap in paper. Can any of you gals point me in the right direction, website etc., I am so taken by your towel cakes do you reckon I could do a multi colour one that would look nice? I would have to box it to send it through the post. Wait with anticipation.[/QUOTE]

I was wondering where everyone was getting the packaging for the face cloth log cakes?

Would be interested in purchasing some

    TIA

Thank you SallyUK, will do as you recommend. What a great idea of putting kitchen utensils with the tea towels.

A towel cake that i had an order for. Really starting to get into them and the neighbours have seen me with them and said they would keep them in mind.

That'll be 6 orders this month, so not bad going for my mum just mentioning them!

Thank you, im liking how easy it is to use a photo album instead of a cake board. Seems to be working out the same price too, especially since tesco have a sale on albums at the mo!
