Hiya I only use 1 towel when getting from Primark as they are fluffy so when rolled still look big.

Have been busy with boring work but got an unexpected call asking for a towel cake for a wedding present - I really enjoyed making this one.

Hi Snookles - after your kind comments you can ask anything you like!!
Actually this one is the most profitable cake I have ever made - towels from Debenhams cost £15 (plus postage) flowers decoration and ribbon etc came to £8 and I added £10 on for my time making it. The lady who ordered it had seen another one I had made which was for sale for £33 so she just assumed this was the same price but i would probably charged £30 if i was selling it on a stall as I really struggle with how much my time is worth as I always assume someone else would do it in half the time and probably make a better job of it!! Still - she was very happy when I delivered it and over here no-one else that I know of makes them so it has novelty value.
