  • Can I ask where everyone gets their supplies from please??

I don't live near a B&M...although have the main supermarkets near me, and a QD...and of course M&S, Argos and poundland.....

Do any of you get goodies direct from wholesalers? I've looked into getting cellophane from a florist wholesaler, as that would be so much cheaper than ebay for me. but since I'm not doing it on a business bases (yet) doubt if I can order through a wholesaler?

    Hi Freecycle

I get my towels in bulk, all white though, but they're lovely quality thick fluffy towels like you get in hotel rooms, so really nice to give in a gift.

These are the towels my hubby picked up for me yesterday from poundstretcher/instore . I got a black and a red pack with a bath towel , hand towel and face cloth in each colour. Then one of each in chocolate and dark cream, blue and cream and a pink and white pack. they are fab.

  • He's very good bless him he remembered me saying i was struggling to find any. They feel good quality especially for the price but as i pay out of my own pocket for the fundraising things i'm doing i try to keep the costs down.

    Hiya Freecycle
I don't use a wholesaler for towels, toiletries as they can sometimes work out more expensive once the VAT is added on! I do tend to get most of my things from the poundlands, B&M etc.
Except I do get florist film, curling, florist ribbon and a few other bits like paper carrier bags, glue dots, embellishments etc from a wholesaler online. As long as you have a website up and running and a business e-mail they will usually let you have an account or sometimes even let you if you have an ebay seller account. Worth a try

Wow these look fantastic!! Mine look nothing like this! Can I be cheeky and ask how you get the products to sit slightly inside sticking out like that? Mine just look daft when I try and do it like that! Thanks in advance x

    Hi Europa
    No problem.
Thanks very much for the compliment! :o
I can't explain really how they sit on top they just do?:confused:lol!
I roll the towel and then you know how the inside layer of the towel thats folded is just doing nothing - well I kind of push it down inside the cake to give a platform in side about half way up the outer tier and then place the toiletries on strategically ;)
That probably makes absolutely no sense to anyone, bear with me had a sleepless night as my little man is teething!
    Anyway HTH a bit :D
