Lose 18 lb in 4 days! Can this really be true??

I was jut searching the net and came across the site lose 18lbs in 4 days well i was thrilled! i decided to wait til thursday to pay 4 it, i then came acros this site and i am soo glad i didnt buy his diet plan!! i have had 2 kids youngest being 5mth and i need to loose 2stone and i am so desperate to lose it but i would have been devastated if i had been conned!! i am going to try the 7 day diet plan...

If there was a safe, guaranteed way to lose all that weight in a few days, those people would be billionaires by now!

I've lost 18lb in 8 or 9 weeks, which is just over 2lb a week I think. Just through stopping living out of the vending machines at work, and through not ordering takeout two or three times a week! I certainly haven't starved myself and I've found it pretty easy to stick to.

Hi, I am currently on this diet and am finding it easy to stick to, although it is only me second day. I will post a coment on how i get on after the four days! i doubt i will lose 18lb by the fourth day but wanted to see for myself!!

it cant be true unless they come out to your house and suck all the blood out of you or chop your head off! even a raging case of disentry wouldn't be that effective!
if it was that good and that successful everyone would be clamouring for it and the government would find some way to tax it

sites like this annoy me as they lead people to believe that it is reasonably to lose that amount that quickly. if you want to lose weight get into a good routine with sleep, exercise regularly doing something you like and eat 500 cals less a day than you normally require to maintain your current weight. any weight you lose on these quick fixes is almost guarunteed to pile right back on again

Hi I know it was aaaaages ago but how did you get on? I found this diet online for free after a bit of snooping (much more MSE than spending £13 odd) and am going to start tomorrow.
